GEHL V330 Hyd work fine then stop until engine cycled off/on

Has anyone had any issues with the hydraulic controls on a GEHL V330 just stop working, then when you restart the engine, all is good for about 10 minutes. It does this non-stop. A shop rebuilt the pumps but that wasn't the problem. When it stops working, the forward reverse controller will work only to move forward. If you idle down, then pull joystick hard right, as you increase the throttle it will turn right. Boom hydraulics will barely move when its failing.

Restart the engine all ok for a short time. Any ideas, I'm scratching my head with this one.
