I recently went to start my 3510, it cranked over hard like fuel leaked into the cylinder. I have a battery disconnect on it so my battery stays fresh when not in use. It melted the ground terminal plastic on disconnect. Now I have no spark when cranking, I have changed every part on the DIS system. Its an 89 model with no distributor. Don't know if anyone has experience with this. I have checked all electrical from manual and it all reads right on the meter. Not sure if I'm missing something that will not allow it to have spark. it's a VSG 411 Ford Motor. I have replaced crank sensor, coil, and ESD on it.
