Gday All, I want to check on the condition of the fuel pickup on my 751. Just wondering where abouts do I access it ?? Looking from the back there is a fuel line running into the fuel tank past the left hand side of the motor, there appears to be a rectangular plate screwed onto the tank where the hose goes in. Is it just a matter of unscrewing this plate to access the fuel pickup ? Thanks in advance for any help.

Lift the cab, crouch down and you should be able to see the 2 plugs on the left side of the fuel tank under the pump, one is the pickup the other is the return line. You may need to get someone to jiggle the hose to work out what one is the puckup and which is the return though. Its not the easiest spot to gain access but it can be done.

Tazza, I've had a look as you sugested but still can't see 'em. I can see the filler hose and breather hose under the front of the pump but that's it. Are the pickups located in different spots between the kubota and peugeot ? Is there any way to post photos on here so I can show you the hose I'm talking about. I'm getting the feeling someone's done a fix on this machine to get around a problem. Cheers

The tanks should be the same for kubota and pug. You can e-mail direct to me

They should be there, on the left.... I can have another look at mine and try and get a picture for you as well.
