Extra mounting points

Hello from pnw Washington state il make this quick I purchased 96 bobcat 753 and it has the back hoe attachment mounts I have used that attachment but it also has 2 ball mounts up front as well does anybody know what they are used for there are 2 one on each side sorry it’s dirty I was skidding logs out of my 10 acre forest when I blew drive motor so I’m currently rebuilding the drive motor any help would be great thanks

There are a couple of different styles of backhoe mounts. The ball mounts were one. The 811 backhoe used the hook style mounts while the 911 backhoe used the ball style mounts.

Not to say there isn’t a different attachment that also uses the ball mounts but maybe former owners of the machine just had different models of backhoes.
