Error Code 14-03

Bobcat 864. When I turn the key the engine turns over three times and then the power cuts off.
Jumped the battery and checked the wiring and managed to start it that way once or twice but when I lift the safety bar it cuts off. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I would think if it did start and it quit when the safty bar was raised there is something with the other parts of the operator safty circuit. like what needs to be done when you get out of the seat when the machine is running switch.

Running again at least for now,was the Fuel shut off solenoid.
