My S130 is 2 years old now so I thought I should inspect the tensioner . Well its worn on the hub shaft the bearing sits on about 1mm enough for side play. These bearings only have a circlip to hold against the side load so they wear on the shaft and eventually damage the belt and such. I machined a sleeve to go over the hub shaft and push on the inner bearing race using the flat washer and bolt that held the flat spring assembly. The pointer spring is still there but does not work now so I have gone back to manually checking the tension. Now the tensioner pulley does not have any side play because its held in place by the bolt and washer, bolt has loctite on it. $700 is what Bobcat want for this part ! Its designed to wear out prematurely in my opinion. All good now .
