dirt bucket to snow bucket

I just made this a couple of days ago, and it looks like it will work just fine. A 100" snow bucket was going to cost $2300, so for a couple hundred bucks and a few days in the garage I made this extension to my 84" dirt bucket. It will have 4, 1/2" pins holding it to the dirt bucket, one in each corner. It is made from 1/4" plate with typical reinforcing at the edges, etc.

PS: Right now, it is just tacked together w/ 6011. My MIG gun went belly up at the very beginning of the project, so I am hoping when it warms up it will operate again. Ice in the gauge? I really don't want to do all this welding w/ sticks, if I can avoid it.
