S250 Bobcat

I recently purchased a 2002 S250 Bobcat with 2070 hrs. I have the cab up to clean belly and I noticed two bolts lose, (can pull them out) right beside the solenoid that's in the top center of the chain case dead center, under the seat. What do these bolts attach two and do you think I can remove the plate where your feet are and reach down in and fish out the pieces and put back together?

I believe those are part of the brake assembly. You can remove the cove and try to fix it.
