I have a 763 which is starving on fuel when you undo the line at the bulb fuel runs free /gravity . when its connected to the pump it stalls and wont hold rpm or go up hills i stuck a fuel tank on the roof and it runs a treat / so i thought i would use a 12 volt fuel pump to the bottom line to lift the fuel / i also replaced the fuel pick up into the tank and i didnt put on a the one way valve as i dont want to restrict the flow . well same shit !! still starving . can 12 volt pumps be used or not ? and who designed that fuel tank with the pick up under the main pump what a crap design. The roof tank is ok but the return lines keep over filling the main tank . / where to next im spent for a answer and sick of transferring fuel
