Did Bobcat 610 have a temperature gauge/sensor?

I see this little tab. One on each side on head bolt. They look like a temperature sensor. How would these be wired up? Did they go to a gauge, a light? This is on a bobcat 600 but has the VH4D engine that a 610 has. The little peg in the center does not have any continuity to ground with or without the engine running. Maybe these are not the sensors but what the sensors clip on to.

This little item looks nice and very inexpensive. Maybe I will give it a try. It would be a nice feature and will measure temp on each head

Found this info in a Wisconsin TE TF manual. So I'm guessing you put a wire from the little tab to the distributor to kill the engine when it overheats.
