Deutz BF3M1011f injection pump issues? in a Gehl 4635sxt

Ok so the problem I am having is the fuel in cylinder #1 is being injected I believe to late or after TDC because I have diesel coming out on the exhaust stroke. I know the injector is good ( just had all 3 rebuilt ) and i did switch the injectors to make sure and no change. I installed the timing pins in the cam and crankshaft so I know it's not a timing issue. I went out to start the skidsteer and it had white smoke coming out the exhaust and that's when I knew something was up and the day before there was no smoke. Could this be an issue with the injection pump or?

if you have a block heater plug it in for a coupla hours, white smoke can be a result of low compression or a low starting rotation speed . If it was overfueling I would think you would have black smoke. if you have a battery blanket use that too. have you looked at your engine oil and coolant to make sure they are ok?
