These (10 x 16.5") tires have the open swiss-cheese holes through the sidewalls & are solid rubber, otherwise. The tires are basically worn smooth, but are great for operation on concrete / asphalt / gravel operation. I am open to offers on these. I am only selling these to buy the regular air filled wheels & tires to replace them with. I might be willing to trade for regular tires & wheels depending on what you have. They are located in Chesapeake, VA, if you want to come pick them up; they are kind of heavy. I will load them up for you. Just let me know.
