Deere 319D Rides SUPER ROUGH!

My 2012 Deere that I just bought used rides very rough. I feels like I'm riding on sprockets. When I inspected the right side track, the rubber is ate out to the metal on the track, and looks to be on the problem. Does anyone know what causes this? Does it sound like there are more undercarriage issues? The roller and sprocket appear ok... Would you attempt to replace by yourself in the back yard or take to a shop with $100 per hour labor ?
