I loaded one years ago with 2 come alongs. Load from the rear. Release emergency brake located on the right of foot controls. Air up tires to reduce friction. They are heavy, take a helper if possible. weight is about 4800 lbs.

like said you need a helper, also I would have someone operate the bucket hydros and then take a jack and lift the bucket to a good height release the bucket hydros and hopefully they are good enough to hold the bucket off the ground .
