Working on a few things on my 743 I picked up a few months ago.... First, The pivot tubes on quick-tach are worn bad. I removed the tapered pins from the lift arms but where the inner pin goes into the quick-tach, they have been very neglected and have beat up bad. Did possibly a bushing wear out and fall out or is it worn that bad and now needs to be sleaved? I have at least 3/8" and maybe more slop in the hole. What to do now? Second, I have devoloped an electrical draw somewhere. My battery will discharge from a full charge to nothing in a few days. Holds a charge if I unhook it. Can an altinator going bad cause this? I had the machine into the dealer weeks ago for some other issues and they said my altinator was going bad. Did it finally go and now cause a draw? My gauge doesn't work all the time however it shows that it is charging if I tap on the guage. Yes, I will be repalcing it but for the time being, just trying to figure out the draw. Thanks for any input !!!
