2000 CAT 262D Skidsteer. Turning key on I can hear fuel pump but no display, or beep. Cannot enter code or crank engine. Voltage 12.5 at battery. 550 hours. Circuit breaker? Relay? Key switch? Have not checked breakers yet, just found out where they are. Manual has no trouble shooting section.
