Cat 246

I have been looking around for a skid steer machine for a few weeks now. Today I found a dealer that has an '04 246 that has about 750 hours. I did not get to look at the machine yet, but he quoted me $16k for it. Assuming it is in decent condition, is this an OK price for this particular machine? I hate to buy new, but may have to go that route. Thanks in advance, Mike

I have an 04' Cat 246. I bought it with about 2000hrs on it. Paid 16,000 for the skidsteer and the trailer. Put about 500 hours on it, and it is a nice machine. Very powerful.

That's definitely a sweet deal. and I'm not preferential to Cats, I put them second on my list.
