I am looking at buying a used skid steer...I have a concrete business and have never owned a unit but have used quite a few through the years...Bobcat, John Deere, Case, and Cat. I have used 743 and 753 Bobcats and 1838 Case...prodiminantly. I like the hand controls on a Case the best...even over a Cat's Joystick. I am thinking about a Case 1840 w/ a 239 Diesel motor built by Case. I know Cummins has made motors for Case and that they are good engines, but does anyone know anything about the Case 239 Diesel Motor? or any suggestions? Cummins vs Case?
