can't upload audio file?

was trying to upload an audio to ask about sounds bobcat making but doesn't allow I guess. I first tried uploading a video for the sound but it said file too big.
Is there a workaround

What was the file extension? how big is the video?

I managed to shrink the video with handbrake and post it.
