BUCKET CREEPING DOWN

I have my 722 all back together and the front bucket is creeping down. The lift arms are tight and will hold at any position. I have newer tilt pistons and no hydraulic leaks (that I can see). What are the possible causes or the troubleshooting sequence that I should attempt to find the problem(s) ?? THANK YOU
