Bucket bushing replacement

I have a several 185s. And from time to time the bucket cylinder bushings break. Anyone have a nifty way of getting the broken end out ( the easy way). The only way i found is the hard way. Take a 3/8 drive extension slide it in get a punch and hammer away. Any help would be great thanks.

Cutting torch? Haven't had to do the skid steer yet, but it's how I do the tractors and the Cat.

A 3/4" Bar cut to around a foot long or so will fit through the boom hub, but just catch the pin. Stick in in from the outside and smack it with a sledge hammer a couple times, they will pop right now. This will work for the lower mounting plate pivot pins and the upper bucket cylinder pins.

A cutting torch is the best way to get the hardened bushings out of the mounting plate after they get worn down. The pins don't cut very well, they act like a cast and just bubble and pop.
