Bocat 743 5019-M-27822 Manual and Info

Can anyone tell me what the "M" designation is in Bobcat 743 5019-M-27822 serial number? Can anyone very kindly direct me to the correct manuals for this machine??? It's my first Bobat....a junker from the scrap heap. It's got problems. Any idea of its age?

The M designation likely stands for Melroe, the company the built Bobcats. As far as a manual goes, I would check eBay, there are usually always manuals listed on there. As far as an age goes, 743's were built from 1981-1990.
