Bobcate E 26 excavator and the hydraulic oil is going 180 and above.

I've done fluid and filter changes, flushed the radiator, the fan is good. I even went to iso 100 although it takes a little longer. But a half an hour and its at 180-182. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Are you sure that it is accurate? Like did you measured the Hydraulic Oil Temp at the cooler for example?
What is the Serial #?
Did you bleed the Hydraulic System after you flushed it so that there is no Air in the System?
