I sprung a leak on the capped hose coming out of the T on the left side of the hydrostatic pump. When this occured we lost all enough fluid to crawl to a stop. We found and fixed the leak by moving the cap onto the T eliminating the small hose. We then cleaned the machine as best we could and refilled the fluids. Everything seemed well and after about an hour using it I got a D7528 swash plate code. It shut off at first but then let me drive onto the trailer. When unloading we lost reverse, on the right side. In the service manual it says the cause is either the relief/replenishing valve is not seating or steering linkage needs adjustment, but when I get on here I found the thread for a 770 with the swash plate code and different symptoms and he was recommended to swap solenoids and then investigate the little plastic bushing inside the pump. I am looking for first steps to diagnose this issue, I have visibly inspected wires and connections and found no issues there.

I do not see debris, the fluid looks clear

OK, did you replace the T-=Fitting with a straight one, I think the replacement part number is 15KB1212.
Did you had the codes with the swash plate before? Did you check the pump harness? Specially underneath the pump, there are the swash plate sensors.

We did not have any codes before the hydraulic leak. And No we did not, we took the cap off the end of the house and mounted it to the side of the T fitting eliminating the leaking hose. the local bobcat shop said it would be fine and just might be slightly louder. We have not but will inspect the harness for the swash plate sensor

So the picture is for or after the repair of the fitting?
