Hoping someone can help me. Recently the machine beeped and showed error code H2607 on the display screen. I researched the code and found that it refers to the front aux hydraulics. There were no attachments plugged into the front aux hydraulic connectors at the time of warning. To test what was not working I attached my snow plow, turned on aux hydraulics, and tried left and right operation on joystick. Plow would swing to right, but left is not working. I am wondering if anyone has any direct experience with this, if so what was the solution. I am assuming a possible solenoid failure? If it is a solenoid, where are they located on this machine? Any help would be appreciated.

Check wires that run along the bell crank for the steering levers the harness rubs on a bracke on the right side

@bruce111 - did you ever get this fixed? Mine has the same issue. I swapped solenoid connectors and got a different error code, so I think I need a new solenoid. I'm not sure what the part number is though. @Centexequipment - any chance you have the part number(s) needed to replace the solenoid?

Thanks in advance!

If you swap solnoid wiring and the code changed it’s your solnoid that is bad. Send me your serial number and model number I’ll look it up

Thank you! Yeah there were so many solenoids on the site, I couldn't figure it out.

I've been using page 20-40-26 of the service manual ... do you think this is the right page?

What's the othe issue
Fuel starvation... It runs great at idle, but if you bring up the RPM for a while and operate the machine, it will start dying. The primer bulb collapses. I just replaced the fuel filter yesterday and it still happens. I believe the issue is likely in the elbow going into the tank or the fuel pickup line itself.

I found a couple videos on replacing the pickup line and/or the elbow going into the tank. Fingers crossed that is the issue!

Looks like it
Well, I replaced the solenoid and I'm still getting the code. I measured the old one and got about 5.1 ohms, which is what the manual says it should read. I must have screwed something up when I swapped wires - I think I Just swapped one and got 2 codes.

All of the wires look good (to the naked eye), tracing it through the main wiring harness and it goes back to what appears to be an ECU or something in the top-back-right of the machine. Any other suggestions on how to track this down?

For future reference (for someone else) - this solenoid (H2607) is the one towards the rear of the machine as seen in the pic attached.

Are you getting signal voltage from the switch. It could be the switch
Hmmm that's a good question - I'm not sure how to check that. Are you talking about the switch on the handle? And do you know how to check that? Based upon other machines, I would expect that switch to be wired into the ECU and then the ECU to send signal to the solenoid, rather than the handle be directly tied to the solenoid. Just thinking it would likely throw a different engine code - but I could be completely misunderstanding what you're saying or I'm just completely wrong :)

You are correct it is either the screen on the bottom of the fuel pickup tube ore a clog in the elbow
Well, I finally got around to working on this. After taking it apart, the elbow looks very clear. No obstructions when blowing through it. I ordered a new elbow, pickup tube, and grommet so I'll put those in but I'm not confident that those parts are the problem. Fingers crossed.

Aside from that, if anyone else is doing this job, I recommend getting these pliers to help separate the fuel line and elbow. I tried with screwdrivers for a while but didn't make much progress. Five minutes with these things and the fuel line was off.

Well, the fuel issue seems to be sorted out. I ran it fairly hard for 20 minutes or so and the prime bulb had not collapsed and it seemed to have continuous power, no bogging down. The fuel bulb felt much squishier. I'm pleasantly surprised.

And for the H2607 code - I seated the harness into the solenoid very firmly and the code went away. It did come back a while later during operation after the machine started bouncing a bit. This is a brand new solenoid and there was no visible debris on the connector. Any suggestions? I'm wondering if some dielectric grease or something might help?
