I rented one of the sg-60 models and used it on my standard flow machine and was satisfied with the results...just wondering if I could change the motor on one to a motor rated for my standard flow and get it to work better? Where could one get a hydraulic scematic for one?

If you changed the motor you'd get more speed, but i doubt you'd get more torque.
The beauty of hiflow is that you can get more of your engines HP to the attachment. Even if you put a motor on the grinder to get the speeds up to where they should be, you won't be getting any more power to do the work. If it's working how it is, i say leave it alone and go with it, i highly doubt you will be any happier unless you get your hands on a hiflow machine to hook it up to, then you'll really notice a difference.
