Started bobcat and had good lift. Lifted back of Pickup truck off of ground for a couple of times with resounding power. Then it started lifting real slow. Checked tilt up and down with no problems. The lift goes down real good too. With tilt down the lift also goes down with good power. It is only the slow lift that is the problem. Cannot be pump as the down lift and the tilt up and down is fast. Seems like there is a restriction somewhere that is slowing the upward movement. Relief valve?????
