Bobcat S650 not keeping up.

Hey I have a bobcat s650 skid steer that's not starting most of the time, and wen it does start it doesn't keep up even at full throttle I've changed the priming pump with the little strainer inside and I've changed the fuel filter and the priming bulb but same issue any suggestions what could be the problem ? PS.. I'm in the caribbean so a bobcat dealer isn't an option as we don't have much of that here.

There should be an S650 book in the manual thread, you might grab that and go through the troubleshooting guide.
In that climate I'd suspect that if the pickup tube in the tank has one of those mesh socks on the end it might have gotten algaed up from some dodgy fuel.

Does it rev up at all if you give the primer bulb a squeeze when it's running?
It does sound like it's starving for fuel, you have changed everything i would.

Decided to give the machine some attention any one familiar with an e0001108-3 error code ?

I did and it's not reving up even have fuel straight up to the fuel pressure rail
