Bobcat S450

I have a bob cat s450 with a Doosan d18n engine that does not want to cold start. there is no glow plug count down it just says Wait on the display. I have switched relays around so I don't think it is the relay. so if anyone has any ideas of what the problem maybe any insight would be appreciated. I am also looking for some aftermarket glow plugs bobcat number is 7030400 the Beru part number is 0 100 276 034. thanks in advance

Can you get a helper to switch the key on while you use a meter to check if you are getting voltage to the glow plugs?
If you are getting power to them, it may pay to pull them and see if they are in good shape or not.
Does it have high hours at all? Glow plugs generally don't burn out if the machine has low hours, when they get up there, you need longer and longer glows which can make them not last as long.

I pulled the glow plugs and test they all have 1 ohm of resistance they are getting ground through the head. No voltage at glow plugs. I have error code E005324-04. and there is no voltage to glow plugs. the relay seems to check out and I have switched the relays around. it has 4 that are the same. I tested multiple relays and the test the same. I Hate to take it to the dealership, but I am almost ready to pull my hair out with this thing.

I am not familiar with that machine but is the glow plugs auto or manual? If manual to heat glow plugs, start at that switch and chase the power to I assume a relay. Look at the wire to the glow plugs make sure that it goes to the same relay. If all else fails and you need it now wire in a new relay and heat the plugs to the time cycle suggested in manual . Most are 15 to 30 seconds. May take two heating cycles depending how cold it is to start. good luck
