Hi all. First post on here as I'm stumped. I've got a 2005 Bobcat S300 with the Joystick Controls. Recently it has started to curl the bucket by itself but in a very jerky motion. This has rendered the machine almost useless, as it's impossible to keep it level. I haven't been able to find any help anywhere, so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Make sure that the aux hydraulics are not engaged with nothing hooked up to them. I've heard that that can cause some unusual behavior.
If it's not that, then it's getting spurious signals from somewhere, try unplugging every connector and checking for corrosion that you can find relating to the hydraulics. Should be a T300 book in the manual thread with wiring diagrams.

Thanks for the reply. The Aux hydraulics have nothing hooked up and they aren't engaged either. I will check the connectors, however, the curl function seems to be getting activated even before the "press to operate" button is pressed. That makes me think there is something wrong on the mechanical side.
