Bobcat S175 error code 32-39 and 14-02

I just bought a Bobcat S175 that has 2 error codes to it. The price was right, however. The 32-39 error says something about actuator not calibrated. Does anyone know the calibration procedure exactly for this model. The other 14-02 code says something about fuel shut off error on????? Can you help? Rigger

I should add; My Bobcat is a 2003 model S175, ser # 517627400 +/-. It has electric hand and foot controls. The wires look pretty good! I cleaned the manure and sand out of everywhere but the codes stayed the same. I also wonder if I can leave the foot control switches off because I'll never use foot controls and one of the switch bodies has a small crack at the base where moisture could've gotten in. Only the dealer with a laptop and proper software can clear the codes or calbrate the controls, to the best of my knowledge. They could also tell you if the codes have occured multiple times. You may need a new joystick and calibration.
I take it the joystick quits reponding at times?

From a '05 T-190 book: 32-39 is Lift actuator not in neutral. 14-02 is Fuel pull solenoid error ON. On all the controller machines I have ever had, you can punch up the codes, at what hours they happened, and if the code happened several times, all that info would be right there on your screen. I'd just call a GOOD dealer and ask them. They should be willing to share their knowledge even if you fix it yourself. The $100 (approx) service manual is the first thing I would buy for your "new" machine. I have several machines--all different models but from 2005 up to 2009, and I can get by with only one service manual. They are all pretty much alike.

My T180 has a persistent error code, something about "left swash plate out of limit - high". The machine seems to run fine. The dealer said it probably "needed calibrating," and also said it may try to stop running at some point. Said it would only take about half an hour to calibrate it. I would be happy to do that, except he's 250 miles away. Anyhow, I intend to just live with that one error code until something else happens. My T180 has a persistent error code, something about "left swash plate out of limit - high". The machine seems to run fine. The dealer said it probably "needed calibrating," and also said it may try to stop running at some point. Said it would only take about half an hour to calibrate it. I would be happy to do that, except he's 250 miles away. Anyhow, I intend to just live with that one error code until something else happens. I finally got my manual. It was on Ebay for $100.00 of best offer. I offered $50.00 and got it. Even for $100.00 it's worth it. The manual would tell you how to calibrate it and you could do it yourself and eliminate that possibility and that cost. My 14-02 is the fuel cut off. I held the solenoid to start it, now I can drive it into the pole barn and look at the Hand control circuit. Mine says it needs calibrating, code 32-39: Turn key on switch to hand controls push button to operate lift........ at this point it is suposed to unlock the handles, but it doesn't. Because they don't unlock I can't move them both to the position to continuing calibrating. It looks like calibrating will be pretty straight forward if I get my handles to "UNLOCK". I highly recommend spending the money for the manual. It's pretty good!

I don't have a "joystick". I have hand controls or foot controls that are wired to the control module. I switch the HAND/FOOT button to the hand position and press the "push to operate lift" button but my hand controls won't unlock, the handle lock solenoid does not energize. My ACSlight is on, 3 beeps and error code 32-39 comes up when I check errors. I have the book to calibrate it but the handles need to unlock first to finish the calibration sequence. I'm going to check to see if the 12 volts is trying to get to the handle lock solenoids when I push to operate. I'll also check ACS fuse and all the grounds Thanks
