Trying to access from the Bobcat site, using IE and having no luck, is there a trick?

That site is pretty sketchy. I have always been able to use it with IE but it takes some sorcery.

In order for me to access it I had to add bobcatpartsonline.com to both the allowed popup sites and to the compatibility view settings.
