It may have shims under the pump that adjusts the timing by a few degrees.Install the pump, make sure the pin on the rack goes into the slot in the control arm, this is the post important part of all, if you don't, it will run flat out till something lets go or runs out of fuel.There is a procedure to check it, but the one i know is for a V2203/V1702. I don't know if that engine has a injection mark on the pulley or not. The V1702 has a pointer and a crank pulley with FI marks.</blockquote>
