Bobcat fuel question

I picked up a used Bobcat T595. I've rented a few times, but new to owning.

I have a question about filling up with gas. I think it's probably going to be easiest to transfer fuel out of my trucks diesel tank. Is this a thing? I've seen fuel transfer pumps available on amazon and other places. Wondering how common this is. Any other tips on how to get gas in to this without going to fill 5 gal containers. I'm a light residential user. Thanks!

I have a portable 54gal tank that has an electric pump. I use the forks to load and unload it in my truck.

I do the same thing, get red fuel at the coop and save usally 30 cents a gallon with the farm tax exemption. One thing else mounted fuel tank onto metal pallet,so it keeps tank off ground and should not collapse as it would with wood eventually.

Be careful storing it. There are issues with keeping Biodiesel too long. It degrades, condensation, "bugs" all things that can lead to bigger problems. Unless you go through a lot I have found a 4 or 5 of 5 gallon jugs was the way to go for me.
Even though I am on a small farm and use 30 to 40 gallons a month 1 month in the spring and one month in the fall, the rest of the time I use less than 10 gallons a month.
Except for my high usage times I never have more than 10 gallons on hand.
I too buy off road fuel though to save the 50 cents a gallon. If you don't use more than 10 gallons a month it is probably not worth having a storage tank dedicated to off road though. JMHO
