bobcat door shock

my 643 came with the door, but no closer or shock absorber. i'm really not sure what part is supposed to be there, if anything at all. all i know is that when i'm on an incline and i get out of the machine the door is a pain in the ass. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bobcat-Gas-...oader-753-T200-T300-7157893-NEW-/110962458484 is this the same part? mine has the older style door with the opposite swing of the newer machines.....
