Hi folks my first post. I recently purchased an older 843B Bobcat. The old guy that owned it before me had taken the engine out and began taking it apart to rebuild. Then he died. His kids had cleaned up his shop as part of the estate sale, and as most old junk collectors there was likely an assumption that some of the bobcat engine parts were junk and unfortunately they were thrown out. When I bought the bobcat I knew I had to find an Isuzu 4JB1-PK01 engine which is turning out to be far more challenging than I thought. There were lots installed in trucks and I can find a rebuilt 4JB1 engine for a couple thousand US out of China. What is throwing a wrench into me pulling the trigger is the PK01. I have contacted dealers and Isuzu folks to find out what makes an Engine a PK01. I suspect it might be things like Oil Pan, Flywheel, Exhaust manifold and fortunately I have those parts from the original engine. The issue is I don't know if I have all the parts. Does anyone know what parts would need to be swapped from a 4JB1 truck engine to fit the Bobcat 843B. Thanks
