Bobcat 843 Losing Power When Under Load

Hello, I have a Bobcat 843 Isuzu and it has just started losing power when I have it under a load, like climbing a hill with a loaded bucket. It runs fine on flat ground. It has no smoke. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks OhSarg

I'd start by changing the fuel filter, make sure that the fuel primer is not collapsing while operating...that would indicate a plugged fuel pick up in the tank or debris somewhere between the tank and primer causing fuel starvation.... usually won't affect exhaust, engine just slowly stalls out.

The power loss, do you mean the engine is bogging down or the drive is just getting weak?

I am working through the same issues for about 2 months our yard machine was having some issues serviced it all seem to make little to no difference. in early dec. #3 rob bearing spun. from what i can figure it was running the one cylinder late easy a little bit of a brake and then finally let go... good news shut down with no other damage. Bad new the cranks are 12weeks away from being made by isuzu

My brother went through an 853 Isuzu with spun bearings. The crank is hardened and he was told the crank had to be replaced.
He contacted Crankshaft Supply Company in Minneapolis, MN. He has done a lot of business with them. They told him no problem to fix. They annealed the crank, welded up the journals, turned the crank, heat treated the crank and finish ground the journals. He picked up the crank and bearings about three days later. I don't recall the cost but it was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be, and a fraction of what the dealer wanted for a new crank.

It would be good if there was a place here to save useful addresses and sites like that one for crankshaft repair for future reference.
