Bobcat 763 hyd leak and dieing with restart

My 763 is leaking hyd fluid looks like the btm hose clamp off the hose that comes from tank .how do I get the clamp off. Tryed to g etc with vise grip but can't get on it fro rear by btm right of eng.does it help to raise cab. Also its a slow leak was using it yesterday after 10min it shut off would not fire up sputter and die.openup back and pushed primer bulb 4 times if fired up what doing this.
