hi friends . i got my 753g repaired from bobcat technician for lift and tilt valve seals replacement. and got a new battery also. (previous battery was 90ah and now replaced it with 80ah battery on technician's advise). I had removed the wiring connectors in the panels on the cab to get cab painted. now after everything is done when i use the machine the traction lock is getting automatically engaged sometimes. but if the machine starts well there is absolutely no problem. this was the status 2days back. today the situation is like when i on key the flashlights for seat bar and traction are flashing, 5or6 error codes are displayed engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, hydrostatic oil and glowplug lights are on in the right side panel. but if turn off key and start the machine again the lights go, error codes go and flashlights stop flashing. when i press operate button they come back again. this is sometimes happening simultaneously. if machine starts working correctly, then there no problem. if i switch off and on machine again there is no gaurantee that it will work properly. contacted bobcat technician for this he says there is some wire loose connection , will have to check. i disconnected battery cables and cleaned them also but no change is status.

I'm thinking there is a possibility it's a bad connection too, can you try removing and cleaning the connections you messed with when you took the cab off?
Hopefully it's something that simple

today bobcat technician visited. they removed all wiring from the machine and inspected the whole loop. there was no problem with wires, just a few cuts here n there. fixed them back and cheked everything. finally they said the seat safety bar wiring in the controller has shorted and we need to replace the controller. they made sure that the controller is faulty by using all their specified tests. they have made temporary alterations now so that it is operational. but in the long run i'll have to replace it. is the controller repairable. or is any refurbished controller available. or any alternative suggestions? I don't use the machine for more than 2 hours in a day. will it have any impact on the wiring in future.

Not good at all, controllers pop up from time to time on ebay. A new one from the dealer will nto be cheap :(

ya sure the dealer price is 72000rupees. ($1058). Is it available on ebay? but still i'll have to take it to the dealer for programming right. If i remove the connectors on the present controller to check for any cuts and put them back again is it going to affect the programming? The technician has already removed them and checked though. he also told me that the controller is openable. but why can't it be repaired rather than installing a new one. have u any idea about controller been repaired.

The program is stored in the firmware in the computer, disconnecting the connectors will not change anything, so you are safe.
I have never opened a computer box, it could be something simple, yet it could be a part that is non servicable, the next issue is finding what has gone bad. It could even be a bad connection from the PCB to the connector that the harness connects to.
Sorry that i can't give you a firm answer on this.

i have ordered a new controller today. let's see what happens. they have told that they will take back controller if there is no fault with the present controller. i hope its not the controller though.
