Hi, I have recently purchased the above Bobcat which has done 1600 hours and so far I am really pleased with it. The one problem I have is the parking brake allows the Bobcat to roll/ drive forward with a slight clicking sound. It will not allow it to roll backwards or be driven backwards. I lifted the seat bar up and I could still drive forward but not backwards. Look forward to your replies. Cheers

The parking brake discs are likely damaged. You'll need to remove the center chaincase cover to inspect. The front chaincase cover will need to come off to replace them.

Hi Oldmachinist, Thanks for your reply. I could not see how to take the center chaincase cover off so I took the front chaincase cover off today and stuck a camera in there and took some photos. You were absolutely correct the brake disc looks damaged. How do I put up a picture on here?

The picture need to be hosted somewhere on the web like PhotoBucket. Then you can just copy and paste them into your posts.
To get the center chaincase cover off you need to remove the throttle control and front control panel.
