It starts fine but after about 20 minutes it slows to a stop, after roughly an hour it will start right up like it never happened
 
Did you check/change your fuel filter?
Check the primer bulb too!
Mine does the same sort of thing. Runs great and starts to slow down, then rev up and down. The hand primer goes flat! I cleaned the entire system, new hose too before i re-assembled it. Check for any restrictions in the fuel line even as stated above, the fuel filter.

wow that is weird ,I am starting to wonder if your fuel tank cap vent is plugged or something weird like that.The next time it does that, quickly take your fuel cap off while listening for a vacuum in the tank. let us know what you find please.

have you checked the screen at the bottom of the fuel pickup tube?
 
No, how do you get them out, the line goes thru a rubber fitting into a plastic tank.
You need to pull that plug out, its in a horrible spot to get to as well! Its attached to the bottom half of the elbow, there is a screen and 1 way valve built in. They can get covered in crud causing a restriction.
