I have a bobcat and is blowing out oil by the fuel pump. It seems to be on the block right nest to where the fuel pump bolts on. The whole is about 3/4 of an inch and is not threaded but machined smooth. I do not know what this is used for and was wondering if anyone has an idea what this whole is for. I Can't use it until I figure out what this whole is for. Any ideas?

If it is on top of the fuel pump mounting boss, there is a plug that should be there. Look for it on the floor of the engine compartment. They usually only blow out if the engine has excessive crankcase pressure.
