Bobcat 732: 5/8" x3"lg bolt. Lost hydraulic pressure.

My old Bobcat 732 started losing hydraulic pressure to the arms, then suddenly all pressure.
Found a 5/8" x 3" long bolt in the engine bay, RHS near the end of the pump at engine.
Can't find the hole, even using endoscope.

Where's that hole? Can it be replaced without removing the pump?
