Bobcat 641 help

Hello! we just bought 641 with deutz 2cyl engine. any information or tips would be nice , becouse we dont have any documents operators manual etc. for it. for example where do i use parking brake? ( i have looked from google and there is no pedal in floor of machine. where i put on aux hydraulics? i think someone has removed somekind of cold start solenoid becouse there is only handle bolted near the hand gas lever which operates plunger in injection pump ( the guy who sold machine said it will help cold start when you pull it) any help would be great. thank you.

that handle you pull up is the fuel shut off, thats how you shut down the machine. aux hydraulics you take the right steering lever and move it side to side. all the way to the right and it will lock on for the backhoe attachment or another attachment that requires constant flow. there should be a center parking brake pedal, forward is engaged.

On a deutz engine, that is the excess fuel button/lever. Give it some throttle then press the botton, it should click and drop down. It pumps in more fuel to start very easily in cold weather. It's very important to give it some throttle or it will not click down.
This engine is very noisy and vibrates a lot, but uses almost no fuel and starts easily when ice cold.
The park brake should be between your feet, flip the pedal forward and it's locked. It may hev been removed though. I use it while on hills.
Aux hydraulics, are there quick couplers on the left side of the lift arms?

thanks for your help. i think that someone had removed that brake pedal. i think i open the chain box to see is there brake caliper on attached. the machine works well but it tries to creep , i found good pictures from web how to fix that creeping. need to try next time to move that right side steering lever to left and right to get aux hydraulics working. i am going to change oils to engine and hydraulics and all filters. what kind of oil you recommend to use? someone said here in finland that i should use hyrdaulic fluid 32 instead of motor oil becouse these days engine oils are developed to cars with catalysator and wont work well in hydraulic system?

Some say engine oil, some say hydraulic oil.
Personally i run engine oil without any issues, i always have, but it it your call.
If the machine is under warranty, only use bobcat oil, but on older machines this is not required.
If you go hydraulic fluid, ensure it is hydrostatic fluid, it needs to be heavier than standard hydraulic oil or else you can damage the pumps.
