Bobcat 632 carb issues

Guys I need some help/advice.... I parked the machine the other day and did not turn off the gas petcock. I noticed a gas smell and I had gas pouring out of the air intake hose. I am thinking a float or something has to be sticking in the carb. Now the fun part is how do you get the carb off of the machine. What procedures do you take to get it off. It is in a very tight spot.... Any help is greatly appreciated Steve

You might not need to take it off, chances are it will clear itself with the next run. Make sure that the crankcase didn't fill up with gas, then when most of the overflow has evaporated, run it off.
Give it a good dose of Seafoam and Marvel mystery oil, put one of those inline filters on if it doesn't have one, and get in the habit of shutting the fuel off. That's something you learn early on growing up with two stroke dirt bikes.

The worst part will be the nuts, they could quite possibly be frozen in place from being on there for so long, you can't really heat it up either.
Remove teh spark plugs and spin it over to make sure the cylinders are not full of fuel, and it's a good idea to change the engine oil, just in case some got in there.
