Recently got a 610 and the start key board has a hole for a gauge which is missing. I was wondering what it was for. Seems like it was a vacuum gauge for the hydraulics from what I read, but not sure. If so, where does it hook up to. Also, anyone have any cost effective fixes for the sloppy hand controls. Splined shaft and sticks are worn. not looking to spend the money from bobcat to replace them.

The missing gauge was an ammeter. Sloppy hand controls are a constant problem for me……I have tried all sorts of different fixes and the only one that works well for me are new parts…….if you find something different I'll be very interested. I can tell you that if you don't correct it….the splined shaft will back into the chain and cause wear/failure of the chain and/or steering linkage…not to mention all the metal particles that land in the hydro fluid.
