Bobcat 463 bics help

Hello. I recently purchased a bobcat 463 with 3cyl kubota diesel and what I Beleive to be is a 2001. When I bought it I could not move the machine or use the lift . I bypassed the solenoids and was able to move it and use lift arms. The bics is showing no lights on at all, I checked the fuse for it and it is good . I unplugged the bics and tested for power at the plug and am showing no power to the plug at any of the pins. I do not have a wiring diagram for machine yet. Are the bics know to go bad? It only has 800 hours on it.

The power for the BICS box comes in on the orange wire directly from the fuse. So if you have power at the fuse I'd start tracing from the fuse looking for a break.

Well I found why I had no power to the bics box, bad connection at the harness plug by engine . Fixed that and now have the power light on, seatbar light comes on when seatbar is down, and the traction lock and the lift arm lights just flash. I played with the button on top left by key and it doesn't change anything .

All fuses are good , I swapped relays for the brake and still the same thing

The number of times the lights flash before repeating is a code that's saying what's wrong.

Traction lock solenoid works fine if I manually power it . It is also new replaced by previous owner. The hydraulic control solenoid for lift arms also works fine when manually powered. And I looked for a chart in the codes for bics system but had no luck.

I Beleive the traction lift flashes 2 times before repeating and the lift arm light flashes one time. I will double check tonight though .

Two times on traction..........traction lock hold coil circuit shorted to battery.....lift arm one time ......valve output is open

I get a double flash of both lights ( they both blink once at the same time ) then I get a 2 flashes of the traction light. When I hit the push to operate button the system activated light comes on .

So I re wired the connections where I was having issues. And I still get a single flash of both the traction and hydraulic arm lights when I start machine and put seat bar down. When I hit the push to operate button the system activated light comes on but still no movement of machine or arms. Single Flash of both lights then a double flash of the traction lock. Any pointers?
