Bobcat 453 (Tensioner pulley)

I have been using my rebuilt 453 for months now with no complaints...Thanks to all those that have helped me get it back to work(Tazza, Old Mechanic, etc..) Anyway, my neighbor has a 453 just like mine but probably a little newer and I have been helping them with repairs and maintenance. Had to replace the fuel pickup line and things like that. However, this week they called me over because it would barely go. When I looked at it i realized that the belt going from the engine flywheel to the hydraulics was loose. The wierd thing is the spring on the tension pulley is loose too...So now the tensioner does not do anything. How do I tighten that tensioner and spring back up??Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

This may be way off as its the belt tensioner from the 700 series, but look and see if it looks simular.

The only thing that applies tension to the belt is the the idler pulley spring. Maybe the spring came loose and is hooked someplace other than where it should be.
