First post, just found this site and seems to be such a great resource! I just inherited a Bobcat 310 Skidsteer and am pretty excited to get it back into proper operating shape. Recently rebuilt all four of the leaky hydraulic cylinders and am now chasing other leaks. I noticed that when operating, I get fluid draining out of the upper jackshaft on the pulley side of the chaincase. Was hoping for guidance on repairing this. I just was able to get a hold of the factory service manual and reviewed the instructions for removal and installation of that jackshaft but did not notice a mention of a seal. Do I need to pull it to make the repair? Also, is there a good resource for parts diagrams?

Mine does the same thing. Did you get it figured out? Also random question, but where is the hydraulic fill for the boom? I just bought the machine and I'm not sure if someone relocated the reservoir or if I'm being an idiot and overlooking it completely. Initially I thought it was the one located by the foot pedals but I was told there is a second one?

Mine was an internal seal on the upper jack shaft. There is only one fill spot. It is located by the pedals.
