Aux hyd hookups on Mustang---Difficulties

Got a new MTL-16. It has the flat face hyd connectors. I'm having a heck of a time getting the the residual pressure bled off to attach my tree shear hoses. Any hints?

Thanks. I did try that. Ended up bleeding fluid out to get them on. Even the dealer who deliverd it had a heck of a time. Thanks for the help!! MG
